Delivery service

We do not charge any shipping costs. Delivery is free for all the orders.

We aim to get all the needed items from our stock within 12 hours of your order.

As soon as we collect your jewelry from the stock we need 24 hours for delivery procedure.

Upon your dispatch will be sent you will receive an email with estimated delivery time and tracking details.

By way of exception several of our freaks have a longer lead time to dispatch. In any case of delay we will notify you immediately after check-out.

For all the pre-orders the estimated time of creation and delivery will be sent right after check-out.

We use the Fedex delivery service for all the international sendings.

For those countries where Fedex is unavailable we are using the EMS service.

They helps us to minimize the potential impact on custom delays.

Upon your freak order is packaged we will immediately notify you and send the tracking number via email.

On the average our freaks are reaching their owners during 5 days after the order.

Please take into account that final destination directly influences the delivery period.
We always keep you informed regarding the status of your order and will do our best to deliver it as soon as possible.

We strongly believe that you will be satisfied with your freak order.

If for some reason you are not, you have 14 days from the date you received your order to exchange or return.

Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all Kabirski tags still attached.

We do not proceed any return or refunds in case the freak has been broken, or if it’s used or incomplete.
