Returns & Refunds

We're confident that you'll love your purchase. However, if you're not entirely satisfied, you have a 30-day window from the date of receipt to make an exchange or return. Your options include swapping for the same item but a different size, receiving a gift card, or getting a refund.

If your order falls short of your expectations, you can return it through our Return and Exchange Portal by following the simple steps to process your return. Should you encounter any issues, please contact us at service@germankabirski.com for further assistance.

In the event that your item arrives damaged or fails to meet our usual quality standards, you can still return it, even beyond the 30-day return window. Please send a photo and a description of the issue to service@germankabirski.com, and we'll work diligently to resolve it as swiftly as possible. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Refunds for orders placed on our website will be credited to the original payment method within 5 business days after approval. If the order was made through Facebook, we'll securely request your bank or PayPal details to process the refund.

Restrictions

To ensure a smooth return process, kindly ensure that the items being returned are in new and unused condition. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for products that show signs of wear, have been used, or altered from their original condition.

Please note that we do not proceed with returns or refunds for items that are broken, used, or incomplete. All returns and exchanges are subject to a quality assurance inspection process before being accepted.

Additionally, items marked as Final Sale, Clearance, or discounted more than 50% cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded, except in the case of damaged or defective merchandise. We appreciate your understanding of these policies as they help us maintain the quality and integrity of our products and services.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Gift Cards are non-returnable.

International orders

For international orders, the overall procedure is the same as for US orders, with the following differences:

  1. We do not provide exchanges for international orders; only gift cards as compensation or refunds.
  2. Please note that we do not cover shipping costs for international returns.

Warranty

To ensure your jewelry remains free of defects, we provide a 1-year warranty starting from the date of your order receipt. The warranty covers the following issues:

  1. Production or shipping defects related to metal and plating.
  2. Production or shipping defects affecting the product structure.
  3. Production or shipping defects involving gemstones.
