Refunds for orders placed on our website will be credited to the original payment method within 5 business days after approval. If the order was made through Facebook, we'll securely request your bank or PayPal details to process the refund.

Submitting a return request

To ensure your jewelry remains free of defects, we provide a 1-year warranty starting from the date of your order receipt. The warranty covers the following issues:
