Shipping & Handling
For international orders, we use BorderGuru for shipping. In the case of US and Canadian orders, we use Fedex Express service. You will be informed of the timing of the delivery and the costs involved on the checkout. You will also receive any information on estimated taxes associated with your order at the checkout. The estimated delivery shipping times are detailed below. Please remember that it often depends on the postal code of your area as to the length of the delivery time:
USA - 5/10 business days
International - 10/20 business days
On average, our orders will arrive within 5-10 business days. However, since international shipments may be affected by local pandemic-related restrictions and additional customs checks, some international shipments may take longer than this - up to 45 business days.
If the status of your shipment is pending, please contact us email@example.com and we will look into it.

- International orders fees are calculated upon the checkout
DELIVERY SERVICES AND TRACKING
Upon your order is packaged and sent we will immediately notify you and send the tracking number via email.
All shipments don't require a signature upon delivery, so we do not ship to PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses. If you would like signature requirement for your delivery please let us know in notes on checkout page or send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
