All jewelry is produced and shipped within a timeframe of up to 130 days from the date of payment. By placing an order or subscribing, you acknowledge and agree to this production and shipping timeframe.
Delivery times may vary depending on destination and carrier delays and are in addition to the production timeframe.
2. Right to Cancel Before Production
Orders may be canceled for a full refund at any time before the production process for the applicable order cycle has begun.
Once production has commenced, orders cannot be canceled or refunded except as expressly provided in this policy or where required by applicable law.
3. Returns and Withdrawal Rights
Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
