Sizing: The Perfect Ring

The perfect ring must have the perfect fit. You can use our size guide below once you have measured your finger using some advice from our experienced jewelers. This will make sure you have a ring that is made for your finger alone.

Firstly, make sure to measure at the right time of day. Your fingers get a little bigger towards evening time, so try not to measure in the morning. Night time is best. Also make sure your hands are warm, as temperature can also affect their size. If you are hoping to wear a thicker band of ring, make sure to go up a full size, as these designs tend to have a tighter fit than slimmer bands. It is important to measure the finger on which you intend to wear the ring for the most suitable fit.

You can easily do this at home using a slim strip of paper and a pencil. Simply encircle your chosen finger so the paper strip snugly fits around it. Make a mark with your pencil where the paper touches.

Lay the paper strip flat and measure it with a ruler or measuring tape (make sure to do this in millimeters) and then divide the result by 3.14. Use our helpful chart below to source your size.

Evander is a geometric signet ring handcrafted in sterling silver and plated with black ruthenium. The silhouette is clean and straight, a strict signet form, but a crack runs through the center and continues along the band, making the ring read like a solid structure interrupted by a deliberate fault line. That crack becomes the main space of the piece, filled with 26 natural raw ruby crystals. The contrast is the point: disciplined geometry against irregular crystal texture, a wabi-sabi tension between control and imperfection. This is a hallmark one-of-a-kind work in a very German Kabirski language, made for one person only, because only one exists and it will never be repeated.
