Description
This pendant carries a genuine ancient artifact: a human figure hand-carved into stone thousands of years ago, kept in its original, unaltered form. It draws its name from Lahmu, "the hairy one," a protective Mesopotamian deity who guarded the gates of Enki's Abzu temple at Eridu, whose image was buried as a foundation deposit in temples and palaces specifically to ward off demons and sickness.
German Kabirski set the carving into 925 silver, plated in 18K gold, encircling the figure with a frame of yellow sapphires so the ancient carving sits fully surrounded within the stone line. As an exclusive piece built on a genuine ancient artifact, it cannot be replicated.
