Styx is a mixed metal bracelet crafted from titanium mesh and sterling silver, plated with dark ruthenium. Raw tsavorite crystals are scattered across the surface using German Kabirski’s original setting method — without traditional prongs or bezels — allowing the stones to sit as if erupted from the metal itself. In contrast, round cut green sapphires are arranged in clean linear paths, cutting through the organic texture like deliberate marks of order. The surface remains imperfect and alive, more like weathered mineral or living bark than polished jewelry. This bracelet reflects Kabirski’s ongoing exploration of tension between structure and accident, design and erosion. Made as a singular artwork, it exists only once.
